Mahi Mahi
The Mahi Mahi, also known as Dolphinfish, is a strikingly vibrant, fast-growing fish recognized by its magnificent electric-blue and golden hues, and distinctive, blunt, square-shaped head, which culminate to make it a thrilling sight for anglers when it breaks the water's surface.
Red Snapper
The Red Snapper is a striking, robust fish known for its vibrant rose-hued scales, a silhouette that tapers towards the tail, and large, ominous eyes, making it a prized catch among anglers for its fight and culinary value.
Spanish Mackerel

What's the difference between state and federal water licensed?
Both of our boats are capable of fishing state waters. A federal license is required in the Gulf of Mexico to fish outside of state waters. Our boat ShortFuse is licensed to fish deeper and farther out in the Gulf of Mexico.
Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel their reservation with a complete refund, provided the cancellation is performed no less than 24 hours before the anticipated charter date and time. However, any cancellation within 24 hours of the charter start time makes the guest ineligible for reimbursement.
Should the weather turn unfavorable for your intended activities as decided by your Captain, options to reschedule your trip for a future date/time will be available or alternatively, a total refund can be processed.
Please note, despite rain, the charter will proceed unless there is a presence of lightning.
Guests can modify their booking without incurring any penalty provided such changes occur 24 hours prior to the charter trip start time and date.
Guests can request the Captain to head back to the dock at any point during the journey. Although, keep in mind that refunds will not be provided for returning early unless the Captain identifies it as essential due to weather conditions or for safety purposes.
Any act of not showing up will lead to forfeiture of the reservation amount with no provision for refunds.
