Welcome to our fishing charter experience! Before you embark on your adventure, we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with our fishing charter terms and conditions. By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms. It's essential to understand and abide by these rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable cruising or fishing experience. Our Captain and crew are here to assist you and prioritize your safety throughout the journey.
The licensed Captain and mate are in charge of the vessel, and their decisions supersede any prior agreements or decisions. Please arrive at St Andrews Marina 15 minutes before the departure time. All tours are scheduled between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM, with the vessel required to be back by 8:00 PM. The travel times to and from the fishing grounds are included in the trip length. Our charters require a minimum of 1 passenger and can accommodate up to 6 passengers. The Captain will provide a safety briefing before departure to ensure everyone's well-being. We kindly request that you take responsibility for any personal items or valuables brought on board as we cannot be held accountable for their loss or damage. Before departure, you'll be required to sign our standard indemnity form and bring a valid Identification Document with you.
Charter bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a 10% deposit payment. We accept VISA and MasterCard for online payments. Cash payments are also accepted, but a credit card is required to make the reservation. You can cancel, free of charge, up to 1 day prior to your trip. After this, you may only cancel free of charge in the event of unsafe weather conditions or extenuating circumstances as determined by the Captain.
We cater to all levels of angler experience and provide fishing equipment, bait, artificial lures, and teasers. You may bring your own fishing rods, reels, and lures if you prefer, but please reimburse us for any damaged equipment due to negligence. While we strive to optimize your chance of catching a fish, we cannot guarantee the fish will be biting on a particular day. Certain species are "Catch and Release" only, including Spearfish, Black Marlin, Blue Marlin, Striped Marlin, Sailfish, Swordfish, Sharks, Rays, and Trevally Species.
We expect all customers to behave safely and respectfully toward our staff, other customers, and our property. Customers will be held liable for any loss or damage to equipment or the vessel caused by negligence or unruly behavior. The Captain has the right to cancel a trip and return to port immediately if unsafe behavior is displayed, with no refunds given. Passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed onboard, and the charter will be canceled with no refunds.
Children of all ages are welcome, but those under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Please follow the Captain's instructions at all times for your safety, including wearing life jackets when requested.
